This is from the police report, they say:
” cried, complied with police orders and begged for his life before the fatal firing, according to a newly released police report. “
Something is really wrong here — if the suspect was unarmed and complied with police orders, why would the policeman shoot him? I tend to be on the side of the police in ambiguous situations, but this one sounds pretty bad for the policeman.
Apparently he was drunk and was making erratic movements with his hands. It seems he was on the ground at the time.
A female cop shot a homeless guy for remarking back to her.
Cops shoot dogs on leashes in yards for barking at them. Like they do to any stranger.
