All spending bills must originate out of the House.
During their 18-year control of the House, abortion giant Planned Parenthood, SCHIP, and other so-called abortion rights bills were passed and spent.
Where was the National Review and others?
..and during Dubya’s term the GOP controlled the House, Senate and White House.
It’s sure great to look back on how the Republican majority cut off Planned Parenthood, deported illegals, and all the rest of the conservative stuff that they always run on.
