They were rivals on the campaign trail, but now Sen. Ted Cruz is trying to help Gov. Scott Walker pay off the debt he accumulated during his failed presidential bid.
The Texas senator took to Twitter on Sunday to urge his followers to donate money to help retire Walker's lingering 2016 campaign debts.
"I stand with my friend @Scott Walker & hope you will too!" Cruz tweeted to his "#CruzCrew."
Cruz then linked to a donation page for Walker's campaign.

Oh, you're aware of the relevance. Cruz helps Walker with money, gets his endorsement; gives $500,000 to Fiorina, gets her endorsement.
Sure seems like a pattern of endorsement-buying.
