Important note to posting video speeches. Unless you include a written version of the text, hopefully removing the banter and fluff, you will lose a lot of audience who want the information read at their own pace.
I know how much I dislike having to listen to 10 minutes of bloviation to get 20 seconds of information.
I agree about transcripts; helps deaf/severely hearing impaired folks too...
