The U.S. Supreme Court correctly observed: United State v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized....” Ted Cruz was eligible for U.S. citizenship only by the automatic naturalization at birth authorized by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952. Naturalized U.S. citizens like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Nikki Haley, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are not natural born citizens of the U.S. and they are not lawfully eligible for the Office of the President of the United States.

Kasich staying in will get Trump within 100 or so if 1237. If Kasich gets out, Cruz can get close enough to 1237 to win on the first ballot by courting all the fully unbound delegates, the vast majority of which he will be able to get.

Catch 22. If Kasich gets out, his Ohio delegates get distributed to the runner up in Ohio; Trump. So Kasich is stuck, like boat anchor.

Not really... I’m entertained by the repeated meltdowns you trump sheep have every time your beloved trips over his own feet and pays for it politically.

Your “Cruz-is-a-philanderer” propaganda machine will be in overdrive this week, to be sure.

And YOU had better come to grips with something, cultist. If you somehow think that carney of yours has a snowball’s chance in hell of winning a general election, you’re smoking some high-powered crack. He has NO CHANCE of defeating Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders. NONE.

My post discussed immigration and trade. Show me when Bernie first raised the trade issue. And if you think they are similar on immigration...

Bernie’s copying, and following, Trump on trade almost as much as Ted is.

You would think that, yes.

Or the exit polls and where Trump does lose.

Or the fact that he has been essentially playing the mainstream media stereotype with this war on women junk for the past 2 weeks and likely cost himself the election.

I guess it has not sunk in for them yet.

“That’s the thing everyone overlooks, Cruz does not stand a snowballs chance in hell of gaining the Reagan democrat voters and without them, the GOPe looses. And that is why I believe they have made us this false narrative of Trump hates women/women against Trump. It is to deflect from the fact that Trump IS THE ONLY candidate who can crush any democrat nominee. Which brings us to the conclusion I made a long time ago, there is but one political coin, one side reads “D” and the other side reads “R”, yet it being the same coin, their goals are the same ... globalism through the destruction of our sovereignty & borders through the destruction of our economy & sovereign citizenship.”

Yes. Exactly. And the deck is stacked, then double-stacked, then stacked again and they only laugh at us when we think we have a chance of defeating them.

The purported Trump statement seemed phony to me, but who knows. If it is phony, FOX will have egg on its face, because they read it verbatim in prime time.

It will be interesting to find out [if this is fake] who then penned it. I believe it started with Robert Costa, or at least he was one of the first to place it on his Twitter, and it's still there.

What's odd is that Donald Trump hasn't issued a Tweet, either way, regarding it [or anything else], since before the voting had ended, 14 hours ago. That's a long dry spell from him (on Twitter).
