Got transcript? I don’t “do” videos for two reasons...they take far longer to watch than to read a transcript, and my hearing is quite bad (even with hearing aids), so actually making out what is being said is damned difficult (and YouTube’s “automatic closed caption” is useless).

And the hearing aid saleswoman assured me that it would help me hear telephone conversations better. Many thousands of dollars later and it made it worse.
