OK boys and girls. Who CAN win? For the last umpteen years all I’ve heard is the reason the GOP keeps losing presidential elections is because they nominate limp dicks like McCain and Romney who run away from conservative principles. We finally have a chance to get a real fire-breathing conservative on top of the ticket (Cruz) and you say we’re still going to get trounced. So who do you propose we nominate? This should be a Republican landslide year if there ever was one. Just name names.
Fox News has the three Charles pundits as regular Cruz-bashers on the Baier Special Edition each evening...there is the sage Dr. “Charles” Krauthammer, former speech writer for Walter Mondale and formerly a pundit on PBS; “Charlie” Hurt columnist with the Washington Times, and contributor to Breitbart & Drudge; and this liberal knucklehead, “Chuck” Lane, columnist from the WaPo.
It’s interesting to watch these guys operate to diminish Cruz at every turn. Cruz wins decisively in WI and this clown’s retort is that Cruz won’t be able to beat Bernie Sanders...that he would be a less embarrassing “loser” than Trump...many talking heads like “Chuck” said the same about Ronaldus Maximus back in 1980...he could never beat Carter! We shall see!

I agree .. we live in St. Pete Beach and he has no support here at all. If he can’t win in Tampa Bay, the numbers from Dade, Broward and Palm Beach will destroy him.
I propose both Cruz and Trump. Although I don’t know how bridges can be unburnt at this point.
If you had put Trumps name in place of Cruz here it would have been more believable. Maybe you don't actually watch FOX.
I’m not talking about the nomination. No matter who’s name is mentioned as the potential nominee, there is an immediate chorus of response from freepers and the media and talking heads that the GOP nominee will get trounced in the general. So who pray tell is the GOP to nominate? If Trump can’t beat Hillary, and Cruz can’t beat Hillary, and Kasich, and Ryan, and everybody else, who do you suggest that can win?

Why Trump of course (Cruz as my second)! Otherwise I’ll suggest Romney or McCain or Bob Dole who are winners all!
