When graphing Nature's pattern of cycles, events go in quarter cycles, changes of 90 degrees from minimum, zero, maximum and back to 0. Many things in progress now, will only come to fulfillment in a half cycle, 180 degrees from now, their so-called tipping point is actually now.
Dilma's impeachment is the same phase as Hillary's, however, non-impeachment, 180 degrees off the American political cycle, since American Presidents, Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon, Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, are unimpeachable.

Will likely end up the same way, with the Senate tucking its tail between its legs and refusing to convict.
