Donald Trump attacked Texas Sen. Ted Cruz during a sizeable Monday rally in Buffalo, New York, in what was his last major campaign event before the state votes in a consequential primary Tuesday.
"Lyin' Ted Cruz, one of the great liars of all time," Trump referred to his top rival for the Republican presidential nomination.
With polls showing him maintaining a gigantic lead in his home state, he appeared to be attempting to run up the score, suggesting that Cruz "hates New York."

I hate NYC, don’t want to live there but I support Trump
Being from NY, I have never seen a post singing the praises of NY on FR. Seen plenty of hate though.
It is not the people I necessarily hated when I lived there. I just didn’t like the the physical city.
Trump is great in labeling folks.

You must have missed history in high school. Politics has always been insults and counter insults. John Adam’s and Jefferson had and especially lively campaign in 1800 that makes anything in our races seem very tame.

Trump's found labels that fit each of these candidates personage and then used them to sink them. Once he's done with Cruz(less than a week) Hillery will sink under the weight of that label just the like rest did.

I thought NY’s reaction to 911 showed oodles of courage and determination. Unlike New Orleans, NYers got to work cleaning up right after the disaster. NY sounded pretty livable under Rudy. That's all I got.
