It shouldn’t be a consideration whether the court supports a political position, it should be a matter of legality.

IMHO, one or the other has to go. Either the Supreme Court or the Congress. The American people doesn’t need both of these groups of bastards ganging up on them.

Should a Republican win in November that is not a Cheap Labor Express stooge, the first order of business should be impeachment of Roberts.
If that is true, then it won't make a damn bit of difference who wins the Presidential election, because Congress and courts will still not be interested in the good of the nation.
So there's no point in even voting for the office.

He went on and on about how he was against legislating from the bench. I was very impressed. That makes me wonder why a man would continue to go against everything he has ever stood for. Yes, but some Trump people seem to believe the evil Ted Cruz was somehow supposed to be able to “divine” then that Roberts was totally lying about all that, and that in the future, was going to do an about face.
