Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro delivered a valedictory speech Tuesday to the Communist Party that he put in power a half-century ago, telling party members he will soon die and exhorting them to help his ideas survive.I thought that Fidel Castro recently admitted that Communism as a way of governing was an abject failure. Why does he want to continue a proven policy of failure? This took place in September 2010; he said that the Cuban economic model is a failure.
