Our schizophrenic excuse for a civilization. A woman can scream she was violated if a man pays unwanted attention to her. Back in the day, we used to be flattered when guys flirted or even said some stupid stuff to attract our attention. But it's okay that a person with guy parts can violate all women while we're at our most vulnerable and tending to sensitive personal body functions?

I'll be bold here and spell it out. For young girls just adjusting to body changes and cycles, men in the rest rooms and locker rooms is really crude and unfair.
