Ex-Clinton staffer again says no to testifying to Congress (Pagliano)

WASHINGTON (AP) — A lawyer for the former Hillary Clinton staffer who helped maintain her private email server has told Congress that his client still will not appear before Senate committees investigating the matter.

The Senate committees on the Judiciary and Homeland Security committees had renewed their request to question Bryan Pagliano about the server after news broke that the Justice Department, which is also investigating the server, had offered him immunity.

Committee leaders had told Pagliano that the immunity grant should relieve any concerns he had about being prosecuted if he testified and they requested that he appear before them. He had refused to speak with lawmakers last year, invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in declining to answer questions about the server and email setup.

The goal was to use the US State Dept to sell
MANDPADS to al Qaeda in Libya,
because selling US guidance secrets to China had not
made enough money for Hillary and Bill.

The coverup continues to this day by the
EXEMPT GOP which began — and continued —
the coverup of Benghazi, ObamaTREASON,
and the IRS Atrocity.

The disgusting GOP is shadow of what it was.

He only cooperated with the FBI to show his love for Hillary.

He must have known Vince Foster! Immunity can only protect you from prosecution, but it can not protect you from a “Self Inflicted” gun shot wound!

Treason probably wasn’t covered in the immunity deal.

They have to slow walk Hillary’s treason to get it beyond the Nov election.

He doesn’t want a permanent visit to Fort Marcy Park.

The real question is...will, or has, Bryan Pagliano testify full up, with immunity, to the FBI?

I have to believe the answer is yes. The did not offer immunity for no reason.

Has it been said that this guy accepted the immunity deal? It doesn’t appear to be so. If there is no Grand Jury he never has to testify. This smells funny. No slow walk. No action. No Indictment for Hillary as ordered by BO.

Yes, as this point, having been offered immunity, he's either a) afraid of dying or b) has a cash-payout in some form, promised, in the future. If he decides to keep his future by not yappin'.

Why would his lawyer recommend that he do this?

How would it benefit Pagliano?

The guy has already shown that he’s no patriot.
