My dad - a minnesota democrat farmer loved Humphrey. but i always told him, pro-second amendment democrats are rarer that hens teeth... and now they are nonexistent.
Hubert Humphrey, Scoop Jackson, Zell Miller are all gone now. Democrats who actually loved America. It would be hard to name a current one; those who admit to it would be run out of the party.
