Pathetic – Ted Cruz and John Kasich Announce Joint “Never Voters Campaign” To Stop Donald Trump…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 4/25/2016 | Sundance

Posted on 04/25/2016 6:14:50 AM PDT by GilGil

As a direct consequence of the growing support for candidate Trump, and with looming electoral defeat on the horizon, the Ted Cruz campaign now places all its “never voter” efforts on stopping Donald Trump from winning Indiana. However, Donald Trump is also polling ahead of Cruz in Indiana – so the Cruz campaign approach throws a Hail-Mary.

In an effort to improve fleeting chances, Team Cruz has struck a deal with the Kasich campaign. Team Kasich is to pull out of Indiana, and Team Cruz will give them free reign in New Mexico and Oregon.

So Team Cruz and Kasich is announcing to the world that they are losing against Trump and have no hope of securing the nomination. Their solution is to double team Trump in hopes of a brokered convention where maybe someone anyone wins against Trump in the 2nd, or 3rd, or 4th or 5th vote. We would have no idea who would be elected in that brokered convention. Cruz and Kasich are gambling the future of the Republican party and the election on a hope and a prayer at the convention.

The voters who have already been Scruzed by Cruz and cut out of the voting process are going to greet this new plan with open arms. Sounds like a win win all around (sarc)!

The more rigged the system appears, the stronger Trump gets. This should help tremendously.

These fools do not understand how they are being perceived.

This is beyond pathetic. There should be no doubts about the shyster Ted Cruz being a GOPe goon.

Selfish and arrogant move, that is not based on ANY POSITIVE AGENDA, to deny the most favored candidate who has received the largest amount of voters than any Republican candidate thus far.

Anyone still think that either of these losers are a viable pick for VP now?

Oh grow up. This has happened in many presidential campaigns in the past both democrat and republican. Why the surprise?

Basically the Cruz/Kasich message is if we can’t win nobody wins not Trump, not the party, not the voters. Really nice and positive.

Not me. I've tried and tried to give cruz the benefit of the doubt. No longer. Scum of the earth.

Despite your sarcasm, I don't see it as evil either. Just desperate. There's very little Kasich can do to help Cruz and they are almost polar opposites on policy.

Cruz's strategy hinged on winning the south where he got obliterated. That struck me as odd. For a guy touted as being as brilliant as he's said to be, how could he not have anticipated that.

Oh well, as the Cruz supporters love to say, "If you can't run a campaign, how can you run a country?"
