Italy is as secular as Israel is and Bologna and the university there have been enamored with Marxism for decades. Really not surprising at all. Tons of Muslims in Italy for decades also.
Europe has two choices:
1) submit; or
2) fight.
I don’t think it has the will to fight. But I hope I’m wrong.
There is no third option, such as hoping it goes away.
