It’s 28 in Ohio. I know that. It used to be 26 until they changed it. The insurance laws allow for two years more than the Federal Mandate.

Regardless, by 28 I had been on my own for a decade. I left for college at 18 and never went back. Now I want my parents to pay me back pay.
