Yup. They never pull anything when there is a chance of enough people really fighting it. Their timing is excellent.
Even those marriage amendments were a terrible sign, when you think about it. When a culture is at the point it has to hold votes on what marriage is it’s probably already way way way round the bend. When the first states had their marriage amendments overturned, the big story wasn’t that. It was a reality TV star being suspended from his show for saying he thinks gay acts are gross. Don’t worry, he was allowed to come back and got record ratings and merchandise sales. And that’s on FR.
