What is George Will advocating, that if Trump is running against Hillary, Republicans should get out and vote for Hillary, to keep Trump out of the White House?

The Republican elite and Democrat elite have more in common with each other than they do with the people that elect them.

Their philosophy is to hell with the country and what is right and wrong. Their motive is maintain their elite positions 4 more years at a time. Trump and Cruz threaten this, thus the vitriol directed at them.

In 1992, William Safire worked for the NYT and was so made at Bush 41 that he advocated people "hold their noses" and vote for Clinton to teach Bush and the Republicans a lesson. The rest is history...and America would never be the same again after eight years of Bill and Hill teaching us lots of lessons.

I guess it will take a while to fumigate, de-bug (security), replace all the letter "T" on computers, replace the paintings and restore the Winston Churchill bust to the oval office.
