Both dead...we’ll never know...like so much else in our “open” government.

Mike Barnicle, winner of the Pauline Kael award for 2016?

Isn't Kael the one who couldn't understand how Nixon won in 1972 because no one she knew voted for him?

Kael is not eligible for this year's award--she died in 2001 (8 days before 9/11).

If you presented the Hillary email facts to 100 people who have held Top Secret clearances, 100% of those people would recognize her actions as severe crimes that would send any non-Clinton to prison for a long time. What she did is far worse and far more damaging than what Jonathan Pollard did, and he spent almost 30 years behind bars.

The information in Hillary’s emails is now admitted to be classified, including Top Secret. There is evidence that Hillary intentionally stripped classification markings from material on her email. There is also a nearly 100% guarantee that a large number of intelligence services hacked Hillary’s email. Any intelligence agency that failed to do so must be comically incompetent.

Any claim that Hillary’s actions were not a severe felony is simply absurd - spread for political gain and not because any informed person actually believes it.

So the standard for our President now is.... well, it’s not indictable? How far we have fallen. Anyone here think a Republican being investigated by 140+ FBI agents would still be a viable candidate?

Mike Barnicle, verified liar and a plagiarist was fired from the Boston Globe. Just about all of his news stories were lies or plagiarized.

The Clinton Foundation is a criminal enterprise, and Hillary’s engagement at the State Department and sell out of America deserves RICO status no less treason.

Even more simple: KNOWING that there were classified emails on the server, and KNOWING that Hillary had her attorney review all of the emails to decide which were personal (to be deleted) and which were not, and KNOWING that her attorney did not have top secret security clearance, Hillary is guilty of a felony just from those known facts.

The DNC opinion is worth nothing more than a cup of warm spit. The FBI and those who know our national security laws say different. Hillary can go to prison for 300 years for what she has done.

Barnicle got kicked from the B. Globe years ago about making up people and stories for his column.

No reason to believe that he has changed.

Nixon was pardoned but never charged with a crime...

I have not spoken to anyone who believes there is an indictable offense that has occurred, and that is going to be the result of the investigation. But to the extent, the time-consuming extent of this --

Too bad Joe interrupted Barnicle - seems he was set to give a variation of the 'Ken Starr 40 million for this investigation' excuse. Barnicle put his foot in his mouth - Joe should have let him chew...

His circle only includes irredeemable liberals, so naturally he hasn’t spoken to anyone with that opinion.

When Ford pardoned Nixon, did Nixon request a pardon or did Ford do it sua sponte?

Simple no pardon, no president Ford.
