Well, the gif I actually made myself ;) ... but, as for the film it's taken from: a marvelously "low-key" French horror flick from the early '6os, called Eyes Without a Face.

I believe another FReeper mentioned a subtitled copy still being up on YouTube, if you're interested... and you really should be interested. (Also well worth owning on the Criterion DVD edition, if you should happen to enjoy it.) ;)
