Here Are 7 Reasons Why Donald Trump Could Really Win In November

WASHINGTON -- Sen. Bob Casey, a Democrat from Pennsylvania, lives along so many fault lines of American politics that he is especially sensitive to Trump tremors, which he fears could become an earthquake by November.

“I’m concerned,” he said. “Beating Donald Trump won’t be as easy as it might look.”

Casey is a pro-life, pro-gun Roman Catholic in a state that Democratic consultant James Carville once described as “Pittsburgh and Philadelphia with Alabama in between.” He is also an old-school Democrat and a new-school one: He's pro-union and wary of global trade; he defends Social Security, Medicare, Obamacare and same-sex marriage.

The mix works: Casey won re-election in 2012 -- the first Democratic senator in Pennsylvania to do so in half a century -- and ran well ahead of President Barack Obama that year. So he knows his people.

In Casey’s view, presumptive (if weakened) Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton will do well in Philadelphia and some of its suburban counties, and probably on his own home turf of Scranton in the state's hardscrabble northeast.

“The problem will be out west,” he said, where what used to be called Reagan Democrats live in large numbers in cities and towns that have never recovered from economic recession and off-shored industrial jobs – and where resentment of Washington and the coastal establishment is as much a part of the terrain as coal seams and forests.

I’m a Pennsylvanian. I’m Catholic. I’m pro-life. And Casey is an embarrassment and an insult. Calling him pro-life is a push-propaganda lie.

Two simple facts about Pennsylvania.

In 2012, Obama won by just over 300K votes. In 2016 so far 165K Penn voters have changed their registration from D to R.

Now, some of those people probably voted for Romney, but they are excited enough about Trump to go to the trouble of changing their registration.

Turnout in Pennsylvania in the primary was essentially equal between Republicans and Democrats. This in a state where D’s outnumber R’s by 4:3. So yeah Trump can beat Hillary. He would have a much harder time beating Sanders.

But he needs Cruz voters, Kasich voters and Rubio voters to do it along with the rust belt blue collar types who will cross over for Trump.

He made a good start tonight.

I will back Trump.

I honestly do not think it will be close. It will be Reagan v Carter all over again.

And now we get to watch, no...we focus on the Clinton Sanders duel. And the attention will kill her. Trump will be hitting from one side, and Bernie will keep dragging her leftward.

I have to believe Bernie has hired food tasters. There will be a ton of pressure on him. I hope he holds out as long as he can.

Here Are 7 Reasons Why Donald Trump Could Really Win In November

1. Hillary violated national security laws which bars her from holding federal office.

2. Hillary obstructed justice.

3. Hillary and Bill and their “Foundation” took bribes from foreign governments.

4. Bill is a sexual predator.

5. Hillary is an enabler of a sexual predator.

6. Hillary said that when you vote for her, you will get Bill also, and she will put him in charge of job creation.

7. Hillary lied about Benghazi and her involvement in illegally smuggling guns and money to Islamic terrorists, and threw an innocent man into prison as a scapegoat to cover up what happened.

Trump is going to absolutely annihilate Hitlery in the Rust Belt (Chicago being the obvious exception).

You forgot Reason 0: Hillary Clinton is just Monica Lewinsky’s boyfriend’s wife.

She’s nobody from nowhere, nothing more then the “wife” of the ex-President.

Evita Peron without the personality.

In other words...a Zero.

17 other republican candidates thought taking down Trump would be a piece of cake too. How’d that work for them?

There are actually 3 reasons why there are 9 reasons why there are five reasons. And there are a few reasons that simply fell by the wayside while the reason railroad was being built and blended into the reason highway using a grade crossing which later proved dangerous to livestock.

It’s long past time to retire this “X reasons why ____” title format. And I could give you plenty of reasons why.
