Do not take it so personally about your luncheon friends, you would be VERY SURPRISED at how many people in this nation have NO SENSE of people skills, they can’t SEE people for who they really are, look at how many women end up with men who abuse them! I had a VERY good girlfriend years ago who started dating this guy, I mean this guy was showering her with flowers and gifts she was just head over heals, but my antenna went straight up when I met him, I tried to tell her not to be just looking at the flowers and gifts but LOOK HARD at the person !!!!! Little by little she was cut off from her family and friends, she was being battered and mentally degraded!!! I KNEW the minute I met the guy that SOMETHING was off she couldn’t SEE it if it jumped up and bit her in the face!!! Some people socially can’t not SEE the good or bad in people they just don’t have that instinct!!! DON’T take it to personally just consider yourself blessed to have been given that instinct!!!

Good Morning “SAM”

Very well explained..People use to say to me..”thank heaven your teaching the Special Ed. kids because I don’t have the patience too. It would drive me up the wall.”

I would tell them there’s no difference in any kids. Some are just more grown up than others. If anything, Special Needs kids want and appreciate help. They would look at me like I was on another plant...

Our brains just have different wiring. Take time to figure out how ones wired and adjust. (speaking of the kids..LOL)
