Marlene made a marinade with honey, soy, calamansi (small limy citrus) on some sin-on chicken breasts, and grilled them on our Weber LPG grill. With roasted potatoes doused in butter and corn kernels the same, it was decent. The wine, though not great, is a good full-bodied red which went well with her marinade.
