Trump was smart enough to get Man at the perfect time. He is a great presence in the interviews too.
One interesting note at the end about the convention made me happy. He said Donald is great at stage craft and this convention will be gripping must see TV!!

Trump said the same thing himself in his interview with Blitzer yesterday. Trump said he'd made some suggestions for convention performance to Romney, but they weren't taken.
I try to take in what Manafort says, because he uses precise language, and he's been a fairly accurate window into how he sees Trump playing to the public. Looks like he is "on the team" past the nominating convention too.
