I remember him telling that story about receiving the text message twice within a few minutes. What struck me about it was that he seemed incredulous that anyone could think like that. He apparently has no idea how repulsive Cruz is to so many people at so many levels.
I didn't listen for very long, it was all grieving about Cruz losing as you said. I understand from glancing at transcripts from later segments that he started to talk about Trump later in the show, but I didn't see any "congratulations" or anything like that.
He is bitter, he thought that he could once again gaslight his audience. It didn't work, many of us that were once regular listeners have moved on.
He wasw blaming the GOPe for getting Cruz out of there.
Excuse me Rush, but what actually has Cruz accomplished in the Senate. NADA, and in the process he ticked off his colleagues.
He’s not a leader. OK?
But Rush blames an underground effort to nix him.
Really. I’m beginning to see that the media controls the dialogue and the message. Trump understands that, and that’s why he’s on tv any time he’s invited.
I would suggest that he go on Becks show in invited.
Does anyone have any hard data regarding Rush, Beck & Levin shows, listeners a year a go, and now?
Rush’s very last statement was about how Trump’s stance on illegal immigration is mire conservative than (others that ran - or something like that). Maybe that was intended to transition to supporting him today?
Rush can no longer say he doesn’t endorse during a primary. He all but did.
