I have no doubt that Trump will attempt to do what he says. What I KNOW, is that congress is a spineless group that will not go along. What recourse will Trump have to make his promises a reality?
You mean like “promising to remove the pro-life plank from the GOP platform”? Or “letting sexually-mentally-ill people choose their bathroom, shower, sauna, etc.”? Or “killing family members of terrorists”?

Here’s a plan for the wall.
After some serious jawboning, Mexico provides the day laborers to build the wall. The U.S. buys the materials from Mexican mfrs. at cost (MX govt. cost but U.S. pays) and the wall gets built.
The laborers built the wall to keep themselves out but they get credits toward a visa to come to the U.S. as a laborer. Additional laborers are hired to check for tunnels, already built or under construction - if they locate one, they get immediate entry to the U.S.
