I’m hoping to read that while flying cross-country this weekend to return from the west coast, Donald Trump makes a stop in Wisconsin to meet with Ryan’s challenger.
Not even to endorse the guy (yet), just to have a get acquainted meeting.... let Ryan worry about being Cantor-ized.
That would be a quick, easy, Trumpian way to move the “dialogue” forward.....
It would also make countless other Republican office-holders across the country think long and hard about whether they want to take the Bush-Romney train off a cliff into vile never-Trumpism.
Maybe time to Cantorize Speaker Ryan “to encourage the others”....
