I bet this officer has used the claim of discrimination as a tool to climb the ladder professionally. I bet that if you question everyone who has worked with her you will find that she has aggressively gone after anyone she has perceived as being in her way professionally with claims of wrong doing.
don’t get me wrong racism exists and it always will but in todays age the person claiming racism is more likely to be taking advantage of the claim then to be a victim.
It's not about satisfaction.
It's about gaming the system. Gamers game and con artists con.
There is no exit strategy.
As long as there is money and power to be accumulated, the "Get-Overs" will always be looking for the next opportunity to get over.
I guess the only way to end it would be to stop trying to "satisfy" them, smack down their complaints, and tell them to grow up.

New Haven is the same sh!thole that had to pay out millions to primarily white firefighters passed over for promotion because blacks didn’t score well enough.
It is bad enough to deal with tokens in the workplace; could you imagine being a taxpayers in New Haven, funding this?

Not sure the reference to John Amos?? Sat next to him at LAX waiting to board a flight in 2011. He wasnt getting around very well, had an assistant helping him. We talked, seemed to be decent guy.
My guess is the city bent over backwards to get her promoted. She didnt cut the mustard, and the walls were closing in. Time to call in the race card.
