I didn't know where to file this, but it isn't a surprise. In an interview just now, Massie spelled out how he sees nothing going on in Congress, purposefully because 80 or so non-returners plus 0bama plus Ryan will be cooking up quite a legacy of crap come Nov and Dec, 6 weeks or so. Massie is a former engineer, and I've listened to interviews with him, he hasn't yet drank from the Potomac. Brian Thomas, the libertarian host, then rhetorically asked Massie, I quote loosely, "but the conservatives are in charge, so how will such crap burgers get passed?"...Massie replied, conservatives? You can more accurately say Republicans, but they are part of the problem. Massie closed with, again, I am quoting loosely, "Is the Congress ready for Trump? Well, they may not be, but they better be ready for why the people sent Trump there".
It was a stellar interview, and Massie is a good guy and I hope some folks have some brass knuckles and nether regions to stop the onslaught of crap burger, socialist/commie bills that will be left burning on our front porches.
November, December 2012 repeated again! Knowing this, every one of those b*st*rds should be primaried!
Not being familiar with Thomas Massie, the only thing I could see in your post was, 550AM, WKRC Cincinnati.
I have wondered for many years, if somewhere around 1977 WKRC radio was the inspiration for WKRP in Cincinnati.
You only have to look at how Paul Ryan was quick and delighted to pass the Obama budget, funding Planned Parenthood and everything else, back in Dec 2015, even with a Republican majority, to see that Massie speaks the truth.
Rep. Tom Massie is the “real deal”. He has often remarked about how he has seen his fellow conservatives, elected to serve, become “zombies” when they reach D,C.
nothing new. the gopes often use the lameduck to do their worst damage. that’s because fear runs them. boehner did the same thing in 2010. there shouldn’t even be lameduck sessions. it’s immoral, imo, to enact any serious political change at that time.
the Thanksgiving/Christmas season also gives the uniparty cover to perpetrate their worst evils.
