Yet another reason for states to refuse any future federal initiative with fed/state cost sharing.
Another reason for parents to choose private school, or home school, for their children’s education.
A possible straw/camel effect as regards school vouchers.
Smart Governors will begin to plan to have the ability to say no to the Feds next time they are extorted into doing the Feds’ bidding against their will. Call it the FUnd. Could be big campaign issue.

I think 0bama has bitten off more than he can chew on this even though there are a lot of leftist Governors and school district superintendents that will go along with his ridiculous fiat.
It’s sad that every Governor won’t tell him and his lapdogs to take a hike on this, he’d fold like a cheap suit.
