Yep. This stems from a failure of our Government to enforce our laws. However, taxing the hell out of cash going south is part of the solution.

Yup. I'd enforce E-Verify. Any company complicit with hiring illegals, the CEO would be subject to confiscation of all personal assets and mandatory five years in solitary confinement in a federal prison.
Time to get tough and enforce current laws with strong consequences.

Quite a bit of remittances are done by legals and American citizens to Mexico....
E-verify would be meaningless...
