What if Trump gets over 70% of the votes, he will still net one delegate, and Lyin’ Ted get 40?

I thought only the Rs had a WA primary today?
I will drop my ballot off after work.
can someone explain to me, if I am right or wrong that Washington already picked delegate 40 to Cruz 1 to Trump..... if so why are they even voting?
I voted Trump and mailed the ballot in a week ago.

*Note on Washington State: The Washington State GOP holds a caucus on February 20 but presidential primary delegates will be awarded based on the results of the Washington State primary on May 24. The Washington State Democratic Party does not allocate any delegates from the primary, but rather holds its own caucus on March 26. As a result, Democrats may vote in the primary on May 24 but the vote is considered a “beauty contest” as it holds no bearing on delegates.
Green Papers Trump : 1176 plus Washington 44 makes 1220. 17 short. Note proportional with 20% threshold. Cruz got 16.7% and Kasich 16.0% in Oregon. If Washington is like that, Trump will get all 44.
