Update (12:00PM, Thursday, 5/26): This morning, the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2017 that carried Rep. Maloney’s LGBT non-discrimination amendment, was voted down by the House of Representatives; 305 – 112.
They voted for it before they did not vote for it.
