Full title: Clinton Email Update: Judicial Watch Releases Former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills Deposition Testimony
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released the deposition transcript of Cheryl D. Mills, Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff throughout her four years as secretary of state. Though instructed by her attorney not to answer several questions, the transcript is available here. Mills was deposed last week as part of the discovery granted to Judicial Watch by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan in response to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s unsecured, non-government email system ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). Last week, Judge Sullivan ordered that all deposition transcripts be made publicly available.
Mills testimony covered Clinton’s use of emails; whether FOIA searches were done of Clinton emails, information about the set-up of the Clinton email server; Mills’ communication with Clinton email witness Bryan Pagliano; Mills’ involvement in prior Clinton email controversies; and the handling of politically sensitive FOIA responses. Mills’ attorneys directed her not to answer many questions.
Mills is among seven depositions of former Clinton top aides and State Department officials that Judicial Watch has scheduled over the next four weeks. The next witness is Stephen Mull, the former executive secretary under Clinton. Mull is scheduled to be deposed this Friday, June 3. Former State IT employee Bryan Pagliano is scheduled to testify on Monday, June 6. A State Department official designated by the agency (30(b)(6)) will testify on June 9. Huma Abedin is scheduled to testify on June 28 and top State Department official Patrick Kennedy on June 29.

That’s not endearing, it’s self centered. The woman is under oath responding to questions of ethnicity and she’s worried about her age...give me a break. Can you imagine if a man said those things? “ Oh dear me, Im soo old..how embarrassing”..unprofessional and childish.

Yep, the dep is nothing to write home about and Mills comes across as an idiot. We’ll see when all are deposed but this just adds up to show Hillary is a lying conniver in my view.
Don't bother. A complete waste of time. Worst transcription ever. Almost no punctuation, words missing, unclear who said what, just a word salad fustercluck.
I have a hunch this transcript may have been rushed, it was done over the Memorial Day Weekend, hopefully another will be released that takes care of that.
The first dep of Lukens wasn’t released by JW for eight days and it didn’t read like Mills’ does.
Most have the same lawyers.
That one will be interesting. First question should be did you receive any type of immunity deal from the FBI. What was your conversation with the FBI.
