FREMONT, Calif. (KTVU) - At least two officers were injured in a "major incident" involving shots fired in Fremont Wednesday afternoon.
According to Fremont police, the officers were taken to trauma centers.
Terrible that this would happen—More racist violence on the part of blacks seeking revenge for real or imagined wrongs. I hope I am wrong about this—but such shooting are all too common of late.
I can’t make a decision on guilty or innocent without knowing the race of victims and perps.

I do see what you said about not understanding. It isn’t clear from the story that anyone but the cops shot their firearms in either confrontation. All we have on the Mexican at this point is that he backed into the officer at the initial traffic stop.
After that ‘shots were fired’ but with no information on who fired the shots, it may have been an all-cop shooting, with the police catching some friendly fire.

OK< I guess that reference was to LEOs needed to deal with the issue, not dead bodies.
The only information I got from the other reporters was that the Mexican backed into the police car, not the policeman.
Usually, if the cops have a good story, they tell it. The lack of information here makes me suspect that they are doing the best they can with a bad set of facts.
