If he is being mistreated, make it about being treated unfairly, not who the judge is...
He could be setting the case up to move to a different venue or judge...

The judge is La Raza. I do believe Trump would be better off emphasizing this connection to illegals, but Trump does what he does .... worked so far. The judge has made a huge boo boo unsealing/resealing records. It looks like he was trying to damage Trump rather than it being a true “mistake”. He ought to be jerked off the bench. Add to that the law firm bringing the lawsuit (appointed by the judge) has paid the Clintons almost a half million for speeches ..... doesn’t pass the smell test. The “activists” who try to pass themselves off as reporters/journalists lost their sense of smell a long time ago for anything with a “D” attached to it.

He did all that, watch the Trump rally where he spends a substantial amount of time addressing the details of the case and the judge essentially ignoring the law. Trump lays out the facts including the fact that the original complainant wanted out of the case once her own counterfactual written statements were produced.
Instead of issuing a summary judgement and dismissing the case because the complaining party had quit the judge recruited another party. The judge’s behavior is blatantly political and not about the case at all. He’s a corrupt latino activist and Trump is right in calling him out on his lack of ethics.
The judge is a La Raza "activist," open borders sort. Trump is oppossed to that. The claim is that the judge has an axe to grind against Trump, based on Trump's statements about immigration abd building a wall, etc.
At least that is the reason Trump gave.

Trump pointing out that the judge is Mexican is NO MISTAKE. It's deliberate and strategic.
The jurist has treasonous La Raza and Clinton connections which means he hates Trump and all that Trump stands for.
Because the media will NEVER expose or dissect this judge, you can bet that TRUMP will wield the scalpel till he gets a change of venue and a fair judge and trial.
Even a sacrosanct judge garbed in an impressive black robe is not going to be immune from an aggressive Trump push-back.
The phony "mistake" in releasing sealed records has further tainted this judge...and now watch Donald jump in for the jugular.

Despite PC, despite the great fear so many have of SPEAKING of their thoughts about what they see happening in this Country re Immigration (illegal and otherwise) and the great disrespect so many Hispanics show for our flag and culture, they nonetheless see this and Trump is merely giving voice to those feelings.
How do you feel about what these sh*theads are doing to our Country? How does it feel to see the slobs burn our flag in our own country, punch and kick decent people who want to exercise their right to attend a political rally? Does it piss you off? Do you actually know ANYONE who thinks it is just fine and of no concern or bother to them? I sure as hell don’t.
