Trump U is a civil case. Business get sued all the time - spilled hot coffee, cars unsafe, ladder caused broken hip, etc. It is no crime whatever it was because no criminal charges are pending.
Hillary on the other hand is being investigated by the FBI for violation of Federal security and espionage laws.
