I need to learn to brew my own beer.
Been brewing my own for about 10 years now. Been a great hobby and you get to share the fruits of your labor with friends. If you decide to start brewing go straight to the kegging method and forget bottling. Way to much hassle and it takes longer. But that's just me 2 cents.
It’s really, really easy to home brew mediocre beer.
