Trump is a master at handling the media, but I wouldn’t give Jake Tapper the time of day.
That may be it. He just didn’t seem to be able to pull it together in this interview. When Tapper pointed out that the judge is from Indiana, trump just kept repeating, “I’m building a wall, Jake. I’m building a wall.”, to a point of him mumbling it. Maybe he is exhausted. As I said, I was cringing quite a bit.
Not his best, high energy, discussion.

Jake Tapper is one oily little POS. Reminds me why I hold so many journalists in complete contempt.
The plaintiff dropped her case when her own statements praising the course were produced against her. The case should have ended then with a summary judgment. It didn’t. And the valid question is what is the the judge’s motive for trying to keep this zombie of a case alive when the plaintiff ran away.
The judge’s ruling has to be on something other than the merits of the case. So one glaring possibility is his Mexican/La Raza ethnic pride and his hatred of Trump wanting to build the wall and deport illegals.
Instead of discussing this, sleazy Jake is trying to force the Left’s attempt to silence any and all criticism of non-white racism such as the judge’s active support of La Raza.
FU Jake Tapper and all the rest of your speech code comrades.

I cringe thinking about the tens of hundreds of thousands of innocent American victims of crimes at the hands of illegal aliens, not to mention how they’ve choked off our schools, hospitals, healthcare, jails, social services, jobs...you get it.

What amazes me is that the media doesn't see how Trump is destroying them to their faces.
Whether Trump wins or loses this presidential race, hanging is too good for ANY "news"liar.
Trump has exposed that the fact that their job is to get us in the cattle cars with one lie or another.
It was a hack job. This was raw Trump and very exploitable. He has the ability to emphaticaly answer the question yet he just kept equivocating. Bad, bad, bad.
Something has him rattled. I wonder if he found a letter under his pillow?
This, in my opinion, was not one of his best interviews. I had too many moments of cringing. Especially when it came to the judge.

I agree. He needs to do a better job trying to appeal to citizen Latinos. He didn’t do it in that interview.
The fact that the judge is of Mexican heritage should have never even been mentioned by Trump. He gains nothing from it.

I say go further than the wall though. Send them all home. Everyone who gets free handouts, who are not from this country writhin 4 generations, all of them.

He keeps saying Latinos love him but I think he needs to revisit that a bit. Of course there are some. But it is absolutely a minority. He needs to stop distancing himself from some of the majority races that could make or break his election (Black and Latino voters).
He needs to start focusing on what made him the nominee ..... Make America Great Again.
He needs to focus on jobs, prosperity, sensible trade deals, enforcing our immigration laws, vetting refugees, national security, etc. Those are things that should appeal to citizens of all races.
I could not agree with you more. No-one can argue those points. No-one. I’m not certain why he has moved so quickly in this direction but as someone posted, maybe something has him rattled. Don’t know what that could be and it is pure speculation but the way he handled himself in this interview was quite odd.
I know an undocumented kid who was brought here by his illegal alien parents when he was three years old. He has no memory of Mexico, nor does he know a single relative there.
Boy’s in a helluva fix, and I don’t know what to tell him, but to hike back across the border and search like hell for his kin. I’ve told him that it’s best to go now and beat the rush to get legal.
Trump is coming.
