I voted in New Jersey. Massive turnout, despite the fact that Trump doesn't even need the win. People with Trump t-shirts entering the polling place. Lots of them. In New Jersey.

In the past, voting in New Jersey is like participating in a crime. I have presented my ID (Driver's license and military ID) and been screamed at by some banshee Democrat. Just an aside: to buy a gun in New Jersey you must pass a mental health exam, fill out 5 pages of forms, produce 2 witnesses on your behalf who will be interviewed by the cops, pay fees, wait for months, get fingerprinted electronically, pay more fees, and if you are lucky, get called down to the police station to be harassed and "sworn in" with a warning from the local cops.

But in this primary, the folks were on the ball for the votes. They cannot ask for ID, but they gave me the once over: "Name, birth date, district, are you a registered Republican, sign here, checked my signature twice, sign again, hand the card, etc."
