You would be concerned for sure and would have every right to file for a recusal based on his KKK membership. You would not be correct to say he can’t be the judge because he’s white.
You can't "articulate" anything very well when you have an opponent editing what you said.
They want us to think we are a “different” robbed or dead depending on whether the perp was white or black or Hispanic. Insane, the crime of robbery or murder is the same regardless of ethnicity.

Mr. Trump is right to be concerned about having an impartial judge. The full weight of the federal government is now coming against him on this case. They’re going to want some type of conviction and the prosecutors would glory in a win against Donald Trump. They can engage in shenanigans and when Trump’s lawyers ask for a mistrial, it will be denied, just move on. I can see the prosecutors focus on one little issue and blowing it up all out of proportion, something equivalent to ‘Trump’s brochure was unclear in what he promised’ when to the average sane and intelligent person it would be perfectly clear, then the prosecutors come up with a phrase like ‘it’s all smoke and mirrors’ and bring in fifty witnesses to say the same, and make the jury so focused on some minor issue that no one else would be tried in, like ‘he walked on the grass’ and they’ll vote to convict, then Trump will be labeled as convicted in federal court.
With all those things going for her she should have no problem succeeding when she gets back to Mexico.
The American people will never see more than “Trump Attacks Judge”. Kind of like “Dewey Defeats Truman”.

Here's THE point: GOPe and their surrogates know damn well the judge in question (of a bogus issue TO BEGIN WITH) is La Raza.
