In other words he wants to spend his last 6 months as President traveling around on our dime; making speeches telling us how wonderful he is; and playing golf rather than doing his job (which may be a good thing when you think about it).
It is a good thing because (1) it keeps him focused on other matters, (2) it's will show people more how the elite really are, and (3) if he really believes in it, he'll sink some of his own money in that black hole.
