State Democrats forged ahead with legislation designed to fill out Covered California’s enrollment ranks with unlawful and undocumented immigrants.
Following the state Senate, the Assembly has “passed a measure that would remove a critical barrier to Covered California and allow all Californians to access the state health insurance marketplace, regardless of immigration status,” as State of Reform noted.

There may be a contradiction in the law somewhere, but do not count on anybody pointing it out. Either they will be declared to have “no standing”, or prosecutorial discretion will be applied, and this conflict of the wording of the law is not subject to review.

Well they gave driver’s licenses to illegals last year resulting in packed DMVs and an astronomical increase in hit and runs. Other than that it is working out well.
and when they finally get it, they're not going to be too happy when their state goes into 3rd world status Venezuelan soialist style. Hell Mexico would barely be scraping by if they hadnt leached off of America for so long. They can't even manage and fund their own country without drug money.
In addition there was a massive increase in registered voters in California just before this last election. Since we will not or cannot fight we are on the road to the fate of a conquered people.

Umm, you may not be aware that we are already a defacto colony of Mexico and other parts of the 3rd world thanks to the efforts of Dubya and his brother from another mother Obama.
And since most of them can’t actually afford it, they will be put on Media-Cal.

The heart of Obamacare are the mandates. Will illegals be subject to “taxes” if they don’t get Obamacare? Will those illegals who do get Obamacare be “taxed” for the period they weren’t covered?
