I didn’t get it, wtd. However, you got my curiosity up and I did a little digging and found a LA Times article has mention of a ‘security-style’ badge in the perp’s car, if that helps. from the LAT, 2/3rds down, directly below the “Orlando” march photo:

“Also visible were a security-style badge, two gun magazines held together with rubber bands, a rifle scope, boxes of ammunition and court papers from the Louisville area.”
