CBS12 gets answers for firearms dealers and gun store owners claiming social media giant Facebook is banning them as users.
This week, two different gun store owners told CBS12 the same story: after the Orlando terror attack, they were personally suspended from Facebook and their business pages were suddenly unpublished.
Andy Hallinan, the owner of Florida Gun Supply in Inverness, Florida, first made headlines for turning his gun store into a "Muslim-free" zone.
He told us that, this week, he experienced problems on Facebook.
"I woke up this morning to my phone just lighting up. People couldn't access my Facebook page," said Hallinan.
"I got phone calls from other gun shops."
Andy says he got a message from Facebook stating that his page was unpublished.
The owner of American Gun and Pawn in Brooksville, Florida also reported that his Facebook page was also suddenly unpublished.

CBS12 brought this to the attention of Facebook.
In response, we received this message from a Facebook spokesperson.
"The pages were removed in error and restored as soon as we were able to investigate. Our team processes millions of reports each week, and we sometimes get things wrong. We're very sorry about this mistake."
According to the spokesperson, the admins (of the pages) accounts were suspended because of the removal of the page.
In addition to restoring the content, Facebook says it's also removed the suspension(s).

As do I...however, it is the lifeblood for some of the vain, self-centered air-head, vapid, moronic idiots that spend 12-18 hours a day on it.
I terminated all contact with FB and do not miss it whatsoever.
My wife, on the other hand...
I must say, if not for FB, she would probably not get as much contact with all the kids, grand kids, cousins, aunts, uncles...we are a far-flung family...from five states within the continental US to the UK, to Germany, to Alaska.
But if Suckerburg died tomorrow and took all of Farcebook with him, she and the tribe would just go back to the old fashioned way...letters and phone calls.

facebook just suspended my account today after i’ve used its login credentials for several years to make comments on various news and political sites.
FB is REALLY cracking down on conservatives.

I mean a near clone of Fakebook, that can automatically mirror our FB posts in every way. Then, we can drift our side away from the old to the new FB.
As FB bans conservatives, their posts, & others, Terrorists & thugs are apparently free to post violent threats, videos of their attacks, & other terrorism/criminal inspired material.
WTH?
I suggest Mr. Zuckerberg spend some of his vast fortune to seek out the FB terrorists/thugs & ban them as soon as they show their evil.
I also suggest decent people suspend their usage of FB until such evil is silenced world wide. Perhaps a drop in FB viewership/usage will convince him to censor these scum.
You don’t need to cancel your FB account, just logout & refuse to log back in until he publicly acknowledges & ends these evil posts. Post a last message to your page letting your friends know what you are doing & why.
A boycott of Target stores has seriously hurt their stock value. Its investors are selling their stock as it value continues to drop. It can work with FB, too.
