Interesting how many stupid young people think Socialism is the answer to everything. They refuse to learn from history and the fact that every Socialism experiment ultimately failed. The fact that our politicians act in a way that perpetuates the myth of a free lunch (e.g., free cell phones for deadbeats) is absolutely destructive. Idiots.

It’s summer. We don’t have teachers either. Maybe September the economy will improve for them. Gas is going up. Capitalism will once again save the like chavez with the gas that saved him many times over.

They DO learn from history. Unfortunately, it's history as written by Howard Zinn.
I know because my teen-aged daughter just finished her second year of AP American history. The curriculum was completely one-sided, and that side was always the leftist spin.
Fortunately, my daughter has been listening to my conservative point of view ever since she was four years old when she first asked me "Daddy, how come everything isn't free?"
So she wrote a lot of research papers for this class in which she argued the conservative viewpoint, such as Roosevelt prolonging (and not fixing) the great depression.
To his credit, her teacher -- who actually grew up on Cape Cod where he personally hung around with Howard Zinn -- gave her "A"s on her work because she did a lot of secondary research to back up her arguments (including a lot of articles that I found for her on FR, although she never used FR as a source).
But she was the odd-duck in her class. After nothing but two semesters of leftist indoctrination, she was the only one in that class (including her 26-year old teacher) who wasn't rooting for Bernie Sanders.

I have a grandchild at Newton South and the summer reading books are skewed toward reaching the conclusion that there is white male privilege.
Infuriating.
