Seems I vaguely remember a recent news story about Joanie
living a simple life in a trailer park taking care of her
MIL & living with her husband. Sounds like a REAL life to
me. Those TV shows are fake & phony. - My husband watches
“Blue Bloods” religiously. Selleck’s character in that show
reminds him of his brother & he seems to buy into the
fantasy life of Selleck’s fake character. I think he’s also
really into the fake lives of the glamourous & macho images
of the women in that show. - I just flat left the room when
it was on last night. I haven’t been able to get through
to him that the “son” detective is really a rock & roll
*star. Heck. I could look “glam”, too, if I had makeup
following me around all day with a powder puff. A lot of
these “big” stars have the morals of nanny goats.
I will never give respect to a president simply because he occupies the White House. If this creature can hold the office, it cannot garner respect by default.
