The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is slamming reports that her husband is considering retirement. That’s a relief. We still need Trump to nominate conservative judges.

Good to hear.

I know Mitch McConnell has been a major target here for giving in to Obama. But here we are, mid June, four months since Scalia’s passing, and he’s still holding firm on not filling the Supreme Court vacancy.

It’s only 4 1/2 months till the election, so he’s held back this long, hopefully will take this all the way.

If anything those sitting on the fence should know that the SCOTUS will be in control of the Liberals for a generation to come if Hillary is elected.

Clarence Thomas is about to turn 68 yrs old. That is still pretty young as Supreme Court justices go, so he could easily have another 10-15 yrs on the bench assuming good health. Many SC justices work until 80+ yrs of age. Not what most of the population does, but par for the course in that rarefied circle.

That is why Mr. Trump got out a list of conservative judges out early.

If Trump wins he can appoint him to be Atty General. Rub it in their faces. He should quit while he is still young enough to not croak at a bad time like Scalia.

In a way, this rumor is a good thing. Hopefully it will serve as a wake up call and motivate voters to get out there and defeat Hillary. There will be at least 2, maybe 3 Supreme Court Justices appointed by the new president. As you've stated, if Hillary wins, the SCOTUS will be controlled by liberals for a generation to come.

Five of the Justices (including Clarence Thomas) are in their 50’s or 60’s.

John Roberts (age 61)
Anthony Kennedy (age 79)
Clarence Thomas (age 67)
Ruth Bader Ginsburg (age 83)
Stephen Breyer (age 77)
Samuel Alito (age 66)
Sonia Sotomayor (age 61)
Elena Kagan (age 56)

We can’t say this often enough, to talk about what is at stake in this election.

There could be many vacancies on the court.

Scalia’s seat is open. Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 84, Anthony Kennedy is 80, and Breyer is in his late 70s. I could easily envision the next president filling these four seats in the next four years.

So, do you want Hillary Clinton appointing young leftists who will be there past the year 2050 forcing liberal judgements on our country??? One of the things to consider when we all go to vote this year.

It certainly was possible, especially after Judge Scalia’s uninvestigated death under questionable circumstances. But I wonder if these ‘rumor mills’ are sending Judge Thomas a subtle message that he should think about it because he could be next.

God protect and keep Judge Thomas and his family.

Yep. The age data comes from Wikipedia. I was under the impression that the court was older, but 5 for the 8 are in their 50’s or 60’s.

Just going to set Justice Thomas-—a profound “thinker” whose worldview is based on “Laws of Nature and nature’s God” exactly like the Constitution.

They have wanted Thomas “scaliad” decades ago.....the psychopathic, sodomites hate him and his Common Sense and Reason in “Just Law”-—the ONLY Constitutional type “laws”-—ones that promote Truth/God/Science.

They have to ERASE the Christian Worldview in our children——to get the Satanic ethics of islam/satanists where they normalize Vice (using humans as a Means (Marxism) as they make the State into god,

Mother Earth Worshipers/Ba’al Rites of sodomy-—to create ignorant emotions-rule zombies (useless idiots who can NEVER “think” coherently-—erase Western Civ., the Socratic Method and Aristotelian Logic that is in SPADES in the Mind of Thomas.
