DWS is only capable of being programmed to repeat talking points. Since she is an older model the new programming won;t take on the obsolete hardware. So they need to find a new bobble head that will accept the Clinton machine programming.
DWS and Hill are pals, and knows how to repeat Clinton talking points. She was done in by Obama as a way to keep his fingers in Hillary’s pie. Obama’s been trying to get rid of DWS for years.
